I like their knowledge and expertise about computers, software/hardware, Internet, malware, viruses, and any/ everything about computers! When speaking with any of their reps, they take an extremely difficult subject and explain it in a manner which I can understand. I’ve been a customer since 2008 and wouldn’t think of having any- one else work on my laptop!!! Kudos, CNS! Keep up the great work!
